Faulty goods claim

We will handle any claims to your satisfaction by agreement with you on an individual basis and in accordance with the applicable law. All goods we offer are covered for the statutory guarantee period. A CLAIM CANNOT BE MADE FOR: wear arising from the nature of the product and normal use, wear over time, damage caused by unusual use, or damage caused by the user (an unsuitable washing method, etc.). If your claim is found to be unjustified, the goods will be returned to you cash on delivery at your expense.
