Because we are the manufacturer, we can offer services beyond the standard. We do adjustments right away, so they do not delay dispatch of your order. We ship parcels every day.

For us, in stock really means in stock. Finished items are physically stored on shelves in our building in the Czech Republic and we ship straight to you. Delivery across Europe takes 2 to 4 days depending on the carrier you choose.
