Return of goods (14-day period)
All goods purchased from our online shop, which were not made or altered to the buyer’s specifications, may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be fit for resale (they must not have been washed, worn or damaged). If the goods, including the original tag and packaging, are in good condition, with no visible signs of wear or damage, we will promptly refund the purchase price to the account you specified. Otherwise, we will have to reduce the refund by the cost of restoring the product to its original condition. The customer is responsible for the postage costs associated with returning the goods.
